Brand new baby love makes my heart skip a beat. Their little fingers and toes, their squishy cheeks – photographs should take you back to what it felt like to hold your new baby in your arms. I combine more natural newborn poses with relaxed ones especially with your family and use fabrics that are soft in colour and minimal props. I want the focus of your portraits to be your little one and ensure that the memories we create are timeless in style.

Having a baby is such an exciting time, your newborn session should be a celebration of this new love. I have been there, I want to make sure that you feel comfortable and taken care of. Often we don't know how we will feel, with my first born I felt ready to visit a studio to take our portraits but when our second son was born this felt overwhelming and preferred a home session. The most important is to document this precious time.
the studio
Studio sessions take place in my home studio in Marbella which is filled with beautiful natural light. I want to offer you a peaceful space to enjoy your experience and to feel at home. The studio is warm and calm so that your baby can feel safe and so that you can feel at ease and comfortable. There is everything you will need here: teas & coffees, homemade cookies, a selection of wraps, blankets and accessories to choose from. I follow your baby and your pace and never want you to feel rushed feeding or helping big sister settle in (there are toys as well). Sessions usually take place within the first 12 days so that we can get those adorable sleepy photos. If this feels too soon for you, we will tailor your session to suit your baby and they will be wonderful.
in home
In home sessions combine naturally posed newborn portraits with more lifestyle family portraits where you can see some of your home. For example your family portrait might be sitting on your sofa and sibling portraits might take place on a bed. I will bring along everything we will need for the session including my posing bag and blankets and some simple lighting.

home sessions
Lifestyle in-home sessions are available in the Marbella area. I am happy to travel further but an additional travel fee will apply depending on the distance. For these sessions I will need a space that has access to a large window and enough space to place my posing pillow and possibly a small lighting setup. To ensure that the space will work so that I can deliver my style of portraits I find it helpful when you take a short video on your phone.
